A SELFIE-obsessed woman seduced a man she met on a dating app and then set up him up to be robbed when she realised he had access to money.
Gemma Frost, 23, of Rogerstone, Newport, met victim Christopher Stanley online in May 2020.
He loaned her £210 but when he refused to lend money to her friend, Frost conspired to rob Mr Stanley with the help of two men.
The pair arranged to meet for the first time on June 3, 2020, with her picking him up.
He jumped into the front seat and the pair headed toward Manor Way in Cardiff when she saw two men coming towards the car, Cardiff Crown Court heard.
Prosecutor David Pugh said: “The defendant turned to him and said, ‘they look dodgy’. One of them was wearing a dressing gown with the hood up and a surgical mask.


“The other person was wearing a tracksuit with the hood up and a piece of fabric over his neck.
“The two men were coming from the junction and, to the victim’s surprise, Ms Frost steered to the kerb and stopped near those two men and turned the engine off.”
