C. Alex Bahn has joined WilmerHale as a partner in the Washington, DC office, the firm said Tuesday.
Bahn represents public companies in corporate governance, securities laws compliance, and disclosure matters, according to WilmerHale.
He serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association’s subcommittee on employee benefits, executive compensation, and section 16 as well as a member of the committee on the federal regulation of securities, the firm said.
