FBI warns of ‘significant threat’ of fraud on LinkedIn

But before you give them your hard-earned money, ask yourself will you really make money writing on LinkedIn?
The same for anyone who is about to give someone they met on LinkedIn their savings to invest in cryptocurrency.
But when you have already been victimized, it isn’t your fault. The blame should be solely on these cyber criminals and they are on LinkedIn according to the FBI.
In an exclusive interview with CNBC, Sean Ragan, the FBI’s special agent in charge of the San Francisco and Sacramento, California, field offices revealed that LinkedIn the popular social media network with over 830 million members across the globe is also a popular place for cybercriminals.
The ones that will ask you to invest in cryptocurrencies and lure you to give them access to your accounts or ask you to transfer it to their crypto wallets or to websites that they have full control of.
