An Aussie man scammed out of $437,000 by a ‘Sugar Baby’ he believed he was going to marry boasted he had a net worth of $10million before he was swindled.
The 47-year-old became the first of two victims of Thai woman Siriluck Fatima Chimmalee after meeting on the ‘sugar daddy’ website, Secret Benefits.
Chimmalee faced Downing Centre District Court in Sydney on Thursday and pleaded guilty to two counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception and was given an aggregate sentence of four years and two months.
