The Sun reported that on Nov. 3 the police were called to a break and enter downtown. When they arrived, they noticed a man jaywalking he was very intoxicated. He was handcuffed, and sat on the curb, and later placed in the back of a police wagon. Inside the wagon, he started kicking his legs and the police got in and attempted to control him. He was then removed from the vehicle and later died. ASIRT is now on the case. Being so backed up we should have answers from them in years!!! I’m sure that makes the dead man’s family feel comfort. I know how we could save a lot of time and money in regards to the ASIRT investigation and remove all doubt of police wrongdoing, release the body cam footage. Oh, right, we are practically the last place in North America did not have body cams.
