LandBank accounts go cardless | The Manila Times

CUSTOMERS opening deposits accounts with Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) will automatically be provided cardless access.

New account applicants will be automatically enrolled in the LandBank iAccess and Mobile Banking App (MBA) as part of a transition to all-digital services, the state-owned bank said in a statement. Customers can still opt for a physical ATM card for P150.

“The new account holders will benefit from having convenient access to digital banking services, including interbank transactions via InstaPay and PESOnet,” LandBank said.

Cardless account holders can use the MBA to access their accounts and withdraw cash from 2,889 LandBank automated teller machines (ATMs) nationwide, which have been upgraded with the cardless withdrawal feature.

Cardless cash deposits will likewise be available via 231 cash deposit machines nationwide.
