CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Robert W. Mauer of the 700 block of Broadview Avenue in Highland Park was charged with criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000 May 3. He was arrested when he surrendered at the Northbrook Police Department for damaging property in the 1300 block of Meadow Road Oct. 9. He was transported to Cook County Court in Skokie for a bond hearing.
UNLAWFUL USE OF A CREDIT CARD
Ennis Gomez of the 14900 block of 168th Street in Miami, Fla., was charged with felony unlawful use of a credit card May 3. Gomez used a fraudulent credit card to pay for gasoline in the 2300 block of Waukegan Road. The receipts provided did not match the card numbers Gomez had in his possession. He was transported to Cook County Court for a bond hearing. He is next scheduled to appear in Cook County Court May 9 in Skokie.
DUI
Jose L. Salcedo of the 8200 block of Dempster Street in Niles was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, stopping a vehicle in the roadway, driving below the minimum speed limit and illegal transportation of alcohol May 1. Police observed Salcedo stopped at a green light at the intersection of Pfingsten and Willow Roads sleeping behind the willow. Police determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
