Chinese-Canadian crypto exchange boss Changpeng Zhao has applied to take discovery from Bloomberg news service in New York for use in a defamation complaint he has filed in Hong Kong against one of its local affiliates following the publication of an article that he claims alleged his Binance group was involved in a Ponzi scheme.
