The Orissa High Court last week dismissed a revision petition filed by former Orissa Advocate General Ashok Mohanty seeking his discharge from a case registered against him related to the Artha Tatwa multi-crore chit fund scam [Asok @ Ashok Mohanty v. Republic of India].
