Alike Logan Paul, Ludwig Admits To Fall Victim To A Massive $20,000 Pokemon Cards Scam

YouTube Ludwig has been known to hold charitable events and subathons dedicated to a wholesome motive. Most importantly, he never hesitates to add variety to his streams and organize engaging events like his recently held Ludwig X Tarik Invitational Tournament. However, his attempt to invest in Pokemon cards ended him in a loss.

In the past, the community has seen that other YouTubers have also tried investing in Pokemon cards and unfortunately landed themselves in a loss, a rather big one. Recently, an influencer-turned-boxer became a victim of the “Biggest Fraud in the Entire History of Pokemon”.

While some would assume the loss to be in the hundreds or thousands, Paul’s loss amounted to $3.5 million. Unfortunately, the loss was a hefty one and the reason for it became his buying the cards that seemed original but actually were fake.

While the stories of getting scammed come up in the community, a few months back an instance surfaced of a police officer losing a job after trying to scam a local store for Pokemon cards. A scam is nothing that stands as a joke as it leads to a huge loss in earnings and savings and in the end, a loss of trust. Thereby, Ludwig addresses his getting scammed after his attempt to buy the Pokemon cards for profit.
