On Tuesday, police arrested a 25-year-old in the 400 block of Nelson Road who they believe is responsible for “numerous” frauds dating back to Dec. 21. According to court documents, Ahmad Ebadi is charged with seven counts of fraud over $5,000. he was released Wednesday and taken back into custody on Thursday.
