Sedalia Police Reports For December 28, 2022

In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of East 16th Street and South Ohio Avenue. The vehicle was failing to maintain the right side of the roadway. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated. Andrew Justin Max Lange, 23, of Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by Drugs (Prior Offender). Lange was transported to the BRHC for a blood draw, and then to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and released.


 

Tuesday night, Officers were dispatched to the Woods Supermarket, 701 East Broadway Boulevard, for a report of a medical incident. The incident was described as what could be an intoxicated subject that officers had dealt with prior in the evening. The male was identified and placed into protective custody. Jeffery Lee Waters, 58, Homeless, was booked into the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 12 hour Safekeeping hold.


 

Sedalia Police responded to the area of West Main Street and South Prospect Avenue Tuesday afternoon in reference to a domestic disturbance with vehicles. Officers were able to make contact with all parties. Both parties were being uncooperative. Officers were unable to determine a primary aggressor. A 12 hour log was done for documentation.
