More than $262,000 held by fashion powerhouse Christian Dior will have to be relinquished as investigators recoup what they can in the fallout of Melissa Caddick’s fraudulent scheme.
Since February 2022, receivers have been hard at work liquidating Caddick’s assets after the con woman pulled off a $23million Ponzi scheme before mysteriously vanishing.
As well as the Christian Dior funds, which were revealed on Friday in a Federal Court affidavit, Caddick’s assets have included her company Maliver, her CommSec domestic and international share portfolios, Dover Heights mansion and luxury personal items including jewellery.
