A TOP official accused of purchasing medical supplies unfit for use in a racket that cost the Interior Ministry more than half a million dinars was known for his ‘good reputation’, a court heard.
The information was presented by prosecution witnesses in the trial of a 51-year-old high ranking police officer and his Indian expatriate resident co-defendant .
