Redress for Tenants regarding Construction Noise
Construction can be noisy, dusty and disruptive. Living in a building that is undergoing renovation or construction can be difficult, but conditions should never be dangerous or present hazards to occupants. NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) works to help minimize the impact of construction on existing tenants through the Office of the Tenant Advocate (OTA). Learn more: https://on.nyc.gov/3NtnCsQ

The calendar for the November general election is below, as per NYC Board of Elections website. The poll sites typically used by many voters changed in recent months “due to redistricting” according to the Board of Elections. This had prevented many voters from casting their ballot before the polls closed in the June primaries. Voters are therefore encouraged to check their designated polling site well in advance of voting in the November election.
