- Deutsche Telekom, the largest telecommunications provider in Europe by revenue, is expanding its activities in the field of blockchain technology, announcing that it supports Ethereum with infrastructure. DT’s subsidiary, T-Systems MMS, provides the Ethereum Network with infrastructure in the form of validation nodes. In addition, the Deutsche Telekom subsidiary cooperates with Stake Wise, which offers liquid staking pools.
- Interbank messaging system SWIFT has partnered with price oracle provider Chainlink (LINK) to work on a proof-of-concept (POC) project which would allow traditional finance firms to transact across blockchain networks. “CCIP will enable SWIFT messages to instruct on-chain token transfers, helping the SWIFT network become interoperable across all blockchain environments,” a Chainlink post said.
