- On Sept. 12 a Sandalwood Lane resident reported a scam call to the Strongsville Police Department. According to the resident, the scam caller impersonated the Cuyahoga County Sheriff and stated that the resident failed to show up in court. The resident did not disclose any personal information to the scammer. (Subscription: Cleveland.com)
- Strongsville Schools have committed yearlong substitute teachers to work exclusively with the district through the 2022-2023 school year. The memo is only good for this school year and the yearlong substitutes are not covered under the union’s collective bargaining agreement.
