Inspired by Grant Wood’s ‘American Gothic’ in the 1930s, double apes Piper and Pope are paying tribute to BAYC. The team derived various elements from the most expensive BAYC NFT project and used the latest Metaverse concepts to create a virtual worldview of PPAPE that will truly engage the masses in immersive experimental performance art.
The entire PPAPE NFT project is a long-term creative endeavor that seeks to reflect the absurd phenomenon. It uses the routines adopted in cryptocurrency scams, or, they call ‘rug pulls’, to take participants to experience this Ponzi scheme step by step.
