The calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP from August 19 to 25 started off with a report of an abandoned vehicle in Wiseton, SK on August 19. Members spoke to the registered owner and nothing further was required. Then on August 20, RCMP received a report of a suspicious person near Fiske, SK. There was no suspicious activity.
Moving onto the early morning hours of August 21, RCMP received a report of a suspicious person in Herschel, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. Later on the same day, RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 4 near Elrose, SK. Members patroled the area but were unable to locate the vehicle. And to wrap up August 21, another suspicious person was reported. This time in Rosetown, RCMP attended and there was no suspicious activity.
Then on August 22, RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision near Fiske, SK. There were no injuries – reported for insurance purposes. Another vehicle collision was noted near Darcy on the morning of August 23. There were no injuries – reported for insurance purposes. Also on the 23, RCMP received a report of a missing license plate from a travel trailer in Fiske, SK. The matter is still under investigation. Then there was a report of fraud. The complainant declined to proceed. And to wrap up the week on August 24, RCMP received a report of trespassing. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
