By Rachel Rippetoe (August 15, 2022, 1:51 PM EDT) — Haynes and Boone LLP has hired a litigation pro from Frost Brown Todd LLC for its Dallas office, the firm announced Monday.
Brad Foster, whose practice focuses on bet-the-company litigation and security and financial fraud class actions, has joined Haynes and Boone’s government enforcement and litigation practice group as a partner.
