POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Kendall Viti, 20, of the 1300 block of Heiden Circle in Lake Bluff was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, disobeying a red light, failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change and illegal transportation of alcohol June 13. He was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was held for a bond hearing.
DUI
Rocky Patel, 42, of the 8800 block of Elmore Street in Niles was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol June 13. He was arrested following an incident at a business in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court June 28 in Skokie.
Chae Yi, 76, of the 3900 block of Crestwood Drive in Glenview was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol June 15. He was arrested following an investigation of a disabled vehicle in the 3900 block of Crestwood Avenue. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court July 18 in Skokie
WARRANT APPREHENSION
