Fake Police Scams Resident Over ‘Outstanding’ Tickets: Blotter

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information comes from the Glenview Police Department (unless otherwise noted) and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Manuel Solano-Moreno, 45, of the 2700 block of N. Long, Chicago, is accused of driving with no valid driver’s license, speeding 15-20 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 12:55 a.m. April 30, in the 4600 block of West Lake Avenue. He was released on a $2,500 bond and was assigned a court date of June 8.

Johnny Hernandez, 32, of the 400 block of Glendale Road, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more improper lane usage, and was arrested at 11:03 p.m. April 27, in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 13.
