Prosecutors say the Miramar Beach, Fla. resident spent the stolen money between December 2018 and August 2020 on cosmetic surgery, home renovations, a boat, an SUV, a golf cart, jewelry, and his credit card debt. Kolfage also pleaded guilty to lying about it on his 2019 tax return.
